If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process.
Please note that our Instagram account is unable to handle returns and exchange inquiries. Instead, we have a dedicated return and exchange portal to streamline the process.
To initiate a return or exchange, please make sure to submit your inquiry within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order through our convenient return and exchange portal. We kindly request that all items be returned in their original packaging, with intact labeling and tags. Items showing visible signs of wear cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
While we gladly offer store credit or an exchange for the same item in a different size and/or color, please note that sale items, bodysuits, underwear, and swim garments are non-returnable.
Please be aware that original shipping charges cannot be refunded, and CHAR reserves the right to deny exchanges if the item(s) do not meet our policy standards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will promptly address the issue and find a suitable solution.
If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or failure to claim the package, customers are responsible for covering the additional shipping cost for redelivery. We will make three attempts to contact the customer to claim their order. If the order remains unclaimed, a 30% restocking fee, in addition to the shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund.
We understand that sometimes store credit is a preferred option. Rest assured, our store credit is non-transferable and does not expire, allowing you to shop with flexibility.
For international orders, please note that we do not provide shipping labels for returns. International customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a reliable shipping method and we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen return packages during international transit.
