Returns and Exchanges

**Please note, returns and exchange inquiries will not be handled by our Instagram account.
If you are not fully satisfied with your order we currently allow items to be returned for a store credit or an exchange of the same item in a different size and/or color only.
All return or exchange inquiries must be made within 7 days from the delivery of your order.
- Items must have all original packaging, labeling and tags.
- We do not accept items that show visible signs of wear.
- Sale items, bodysuits, underwear and swim garments are not returnable.
- Original shipping cannot be refunded
- CHAR reserves the right to deny exchanges if the item(s) does not meet policy standard.
If the product is damaged and/or faulty upon delivery, we will offer an exchange or full refund.
Returned to Sender
If an order is sent back to us, customers are responsible for additional shipping cost to redeliver their item. We will contact the customer 3 times to claim their order. If the order goes unclaimed, there is a 30% restocking fee deducted from their refund in addition to shipping cost.
Our store credit is non-transferable and does not have an expiration.
We do not provide any shipping labels for international returns. International customers will have to cover return shipping costs if they are interested in returning or exchanging an item. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during international transit.
How to Request a Return or Exchange —
We offer a returns in the form of store credit or an exchange for a different color and/or size of the same item(s).
Step 1: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: Make sure that the heading of your email is titled “Return or Exchange” along with your order number.
Step 3: Provide the reason for the return or exchange and other information such as the name of the product.
Step 5: Pick the different size and/or color you want to receive for the exchange
Step 6: Wait for an email indicating your exchange request has been approved.
Step 7: We will send the exchange item once we’ve confirmed you are eligible for an exchange.
