RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the product is deemed damaged and/or faulty, we will offer an exchange or refund. If the product was found to be damaged due to your fault, we cannot accept it for return. However, currently, we are not taking returns of items. We are offering exchanges of the same garment for a different size. All refunds/exchange inquiries will not be handled by our Instagram account. If you need to exchange an item, please direct all your inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Exchange” as the subject bar of your email.
All exchange inquiries must be made within 48 hours (2 days) from the delivery of your order. Additionally, all garments that you want to exchange must be undamaged and un-worn in their original packaging. All the original contents and tags inside the packaging must also be present. A copy of the packing list should also be present inside.
CHAR reserves the right to deny exchange inquiries at any time, for any reason. If CHAR isn’t responsible for the return shipping of the item, the responsibility falls on the customer. They will be in charge of contacting the appropriate shipping carrier and cover the costs accordingly. For returns and exchanges, you can also opt to convert them to credits in our store. To learn more about exchange for store credit, please contact email@example.com. Our store credit does not have an expiration.
For international orders, we do not provide any shipping labels for international returns. International customers will have to cover return shipping costs if they are interested in returning or exchanging an item. CHAR is not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during international transit.
Discounted items are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We also don’t accept returns or exchanges for undergarments, accessories, cosmetics, etc. once the packaging seal has been broken. If you don’t have your receipt, we won’t entertain any refund or return inquiries.

How to Request a Return, Refund, or Exchange —
We offer an exchange for a different color or size. As of the moment, we do not provide return services.
Step 1: Email us at email@example.com
Step 2: Make sure that the heading of your email is titled “Exchange”
Step 3: Include your order number and the email address used for the order
Step 4: Provide the reason for the exchange and other information such as the name of the product.
Step 5: Pick the different size you want to receive for the exchange
Step 6: Wait for an email indicating your exchange request has been approved. We will send the item requested as soon as we receive the garment and have inspected them.
Step 7: We will send the exchange item once we’ve confirmed you are eligible for an exchange.
If you have paid for the item using credit or debit cards, your bank or card issuer may take 2 to 15 business days to process the refund.
Returned to Sender
Packages that were refused or returned to sender will be returned to our warehouses. We will contact you via phone or email three times before we cancel your order. Customers that miss their delivery and don’t respond to our three attempts will have to pay a new shipping label if they still want the item.
