Shipping

Domestic Orders

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped with standard shipping. Additional shipping options are available. For overnight shipping, please inquire at info@charworkroom.com to confirm overnight shipping accommodations. All orders require a signature for delivery.


All domestic orders (United States and Minor outlying islands) will be shipped via USPS or FedEx in our signature "CHAR" logo box or poly-bag. Please note that some items may have longer processing and shipping times due to production and will always be noted in the product description. It is highly advised that you check product descriptions prior to finalizing your order. 

International Orders

All international orders are subject to duties and taxes in addition to shipping cost (please note in some special instances shipping is covered by CHAR). Additional fees are not the responsibility of CHAR and must be covered by customer. All international orders will be shipped via DHL or FedEx in our signature "CHAR" logo box or poly-bag.

Special Orders

Please check the product description listed on all products prior to placing your order. Some product details may include "made to order" or "pre-order". In the instance an item is made to order, that specific garment is produced to supply a special individual demand. Made to order items may take up to 4 weeks to process and ship. If an item is pre-order, please pay attention to the shipping date mentioned in the description. Shipping dates essentially represent the day that specific item will be processed for shipment. 

Returns and Exchanges

Unless product was deemed faulty and/or damaged on our behalf we will offer a return. However, returns are currently not accepted. We do offer exchanges for the exact same garment in a different size. For exchanges, please direct all inquiries to info@charworkroom.com with "exchange" in the subject bar. Exchange inquiry must be made within 48 hours (2 days) upon delivery of order. In addition, garment(s) must be returned un-worn and un-damaged in it's original packaging with all contents and original tags included. CHAR reserves the right to deny any exchange at any time. Customer should arrange return shipping, in the event of an exchange return shipping is not the responsibility of CHAR.
